accountTz
a owl:FunctionalProperty, rdf:Property & rdfs:Resource in Notifications
If true, any absolute date and time (in deliver_at or expire_at) is considered to be in the timezone of the user's latest known location. If false, any date and time without explicit timezone information is considered to be in UTC. Defaults to false.
This property can be used for objects of type Notification. The value must be of type xsd:boolean. Triples are private, which means the value is only visible to the owner of the object.
